You were all really nice and I do appreciate that. I'm frustrated with the condition my car was in when it was returned to me. I had just had the oil changed and a pre-inspection done 3 days before I dropped it off. No issues were brought to my attention (other than the tires which I had changed), however, when my car was returned to me my key battery was dead and my AC wasn't working. These issues were not presented prior to the car being dropped off. The car barely has 60,000 miles on it, there's no reason the AC should have been out like it was unless it was being overused. The same with the key battery. You also told me the battery was low but it was actually completely dead. I couldn't even start my car and I could barely get home safely. I understand and appreciate that you did bring these to my attention before I picked it up, but you told me they were low, not out completely. Not to mention, it would have cost me twice as much if I had both of those things fixed with you all. I just feel like neither of those issues should have come up at all. Also, my car still has this awful chemical smell from the repairs. It's been over 2 weeks since I got it back and yet the smell is still there.
