UPS Ground: 4-7 business days USPS: 5-10 business days UPS 2nd Day Air UPS Overnight
-We currently ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii only -Overnight and 2nd Day Air orders to Hawaii and Alaska - Call 1-888-526-5437 for shipping costs -If you are sending an order to a P.O. Box, you will have to use US Postal Service. -All items ordered after 12:00pm noon Central Standard Time will be processed the next business day -All items ordered on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the next business day -Iowa residents add 5% sales tax
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, you may return unworn, re-sellable apparel and/or shoes WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REPLACEMENT (IF IN STOCK), STORE CREDIT OR A FULL REFUND. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You may return any defective or UNWORN re-sellable apparel and/or shoes 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE for a full store credit or exchange (if in stock).
Refunds are made for the full purchase price paid. No restocking fees apply.
Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment. If originally paid by check via an offline order, please allow up to 10 business days for bank clearance.
All returns require prior approval and your order number clearly written on the outside of the returned package. The order number can be referenced on your invoice and/or confirmation e-mail received from us. If you cannot find your reference on your invoice, please e-mail, call, fax or write us to obtain it.
